We know perfectly that warranty plays an important role while purchasing various
goods. It has always been so and it will always be so. This right is given to
our customers taking into consideration our opportunities. All goods put on our
web-site including old collection models of a considerable age are in good
condition.
But we also understand, that sometimes there are or can be defects in the
process of operating or transporting camera to a client.
Consequently, DVD Technik gives warranty to all new products and to the majority
of old products. The only exceptions are old collection products that cannot be
repaired or cannot be used to take satisfactory pictures.
Warranty Terms
- 360 days from the date of original purchase.
The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage and wrong using.
